By accessing or using HCKSD – Trend Rank News (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

HCKSD – Trend Rank News provides subscription-based access to digital content, analytics, alerts, and related tools delivered electronically.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers.
• You authorise automatic billing until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access until that time.

6. Access & Availability

We aim to provide continuous access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or outages may occur.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute access
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

8. No Financial Advice

All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HCKSD – Trend Rank News shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Refunds, Trials & Cancellation

Free Trial

• We offer a 2-day free trial so you can explore the service before being charged.
• You receive the same access and reports as paid members.
• You can cancel at any time during the trial.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Billing & Subscription

• Your subscription starts automatically if you continue after the trial.
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing period.
• Access continues throughout the paid period.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Because you can fully test the service during the free trial and continue to receive access until the end of your billing period, we do not issue refunds for unused time or partial billing periods.

This is standard for subscription-based digital services.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are not issued for partial periods, unused days, missed usage, or cancellation after billing.

If a genuine billing error occurs (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
